How do we work?
I order to adjust SYNAPS to the specific needs of
your firm, we propose you the following steps of
cooperation:
Our first meeting will enable us to gather all information
needed and define together the specific parameters
that you want to integrate into the system.
These parameters include legal references, specific
elements of the firm and personal data for each employee.
This data is mostly available at the pension found
of the firm but additional information may also come
directly from the company.
Based on the information gathered during this meeting,
SYNAPS is configured to calculate, consolidate and
prepare time projections of individual benefits of
each employee.
Lastly, these benefits are compiled in a personalized
document of synthesis handed to every employee of
the firm
